window: Port to AdwOverlaySplitView

This ports ui to use new AdwOverlaySplitView instead of the deprecated AdwFlap as part of this initiative

Libadwaita doesn't have a new widget for the bottom sheet yet so now app looks like that:

I think we can either implement a custom bottom sheet widget for Loupe or leave it as it is for now
