Image Properties: "Open Containing Folder" button is read as "Folder push button" by Orca

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Orca
2. Open "Image Properties"
3. Focus on the "Folder" row
4. Press tab to focus on the "Open Containing Folder" button

Seen behavior

Orca will read the button as "Folder push button", which doesn't help to indicate that triggering this button will open the file manager. Removing AdwActionRow:activatable-widget fixes the problem, but then the click target is reduced as the row will no longer activate the button.

It was suggested that the button should be removed. However, I still this row wouldn't proper communicate that the file manager will be opened.
