When browsing, follow the sort order that's set in nautilus
The primary way that people view images in the image viewer is to open them from Files. However, when you open an image and click next, you don't get the next image as it is displayed in the file chooser. This is surprising and it can be frustrating.
This has always been my number 1 issue with Eye of GNOME, and I think that there ought to at least be a plan for how this new app will address it. If it can't be addressed, then I might be so bold as to suggest that image viewing should be done with Sushi or something similar.
From talking to @BrainBlasted , one potentially tricky factor here is that images can be opened from the file chooser, whose sort order is independent from Files. I'm tempted to say that it's OK to ignore this case - if we can just have the "correct" sort order when launching from Files, then that would be enough.
CCing @exalm and @matthiasc to see if they have advice on the best way to do it.
