tracker-search: Clarify help text

Following up from a forum thread.

In the help screen for tracker-search:

  • The EXPRESSION argument is renamed to TERMS.

  • A short program summary is shown on the help page.

  • Options relating to the search type are moved to an option group.

In the tracker-search man page:

  • The "expression" argument is renamed to "search-terms".

  • The description text is rearranged to put the most important information first. Some sentences are reworded for clarity.

  • Documentation for options which no longer exist (emails, contacts, bookmarks) is deleted.

Merge request reports
