Make a new release which include fix for Security issue CVE-2021-30560

Hi Team,

We have noticed that CVE-2021-30560 issue is affecting the latest available version of libxslt. However, it seems like the fix for this issue was already merged to the master branch. As the last release was done a year ago these changes are not available to be used. Can you please provide us with an update on the next release.
