Please remove the non-free RFCs from your releases
By default, meson includes all files checked in to git in the releases.
Debian's lintian checker warns that many of them are not freely modifiable.

While I can work around this in the Debian packaging, maybe it's better for these files to be moved from your master branch. They aren't installed or used by the build.
