Explicitly add hidden lifetime parameters

Followed the instructions in #301 (closed) and picked the first error type and fixed all of those occurrences.

I'm very new to both librsvg and Rust so this might be too naive a solution ☺ please let me know, I'm happy to learn and improve the PR!
