I tried to match what https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-rs/-/blob/main/deny.toml#L18 does mostly. Not sure if librsvg prohibits any license so not adding anything to denylist for now. There's one advisory that needs to be ignored currently, the same one as mentioned in the issue.
