rsvg-convert: bubble up an Error instead of using exit

Paolo Borelli requested to merge pborelli/librsvg:rustify-rsvg-convert-error into rustify-rsvg-convert

As I mentioned in the other thread, I am not very convinced this buys us much and it is more verbose. However @svenfoo said he wanted to get rid of the exit macro, so I will defer to Sven and Federico to decide whether to merge or close this one.
