<!-- Negative values for rx/ry should be ignored -->

<rect x="10" y="10" width="80" height="80" rx="-10" ry="5" fill="lime"/>
<rect x="120" y="20" width="60" height="60" fill="red"/>
<rect x="110" y="10" width="80" height="80" rx="5" ry="-10" fill="lime"/>
<rect x="220" y="20" width="60" height="60" fill="red"/>
<rect x="210" y="10" width="80" height="80" rx="-5" ry="-10" fill="lime"/>

Currently negative rx/ry
set the whole <rect>
element in error, and it is not rendered. Per the spec, "A negative value for either property is illegal and must be ignored as a parsing error."
