Broken text kerning at certain preview sizes
I am browsing Wikipedia with a 2560x1440 resolution monitor at 150% zoom in Google Chrome on Ubuntu and I see this:
"To sk", "dia lects" and "A lba n ia n" are the most obvious kerning issues. This is a 2560px preview of this file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Albanian-dialects.svg which has the following CSS:

It's also rendered similarly in this size https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/3c/Albanian-dialects.svg/1024px-Albanian-dialects.svg.png but not in other sizes.
I see poorly rendered text in SVG previews on Wikipedia often.
