Change rsvg-convert's default DPI to 96?

I asked on twitter about changing rsvg-convert's default DPI from 90 to 96. The former is librsvg's historical value from 2005; the latter is the CSS default.

Inkscape made this change in 0.92:

• release notes
• bug with discussion
• Wiki page with discussion. "The Philosophy" is interesting, especially the bit about the SVG working group's opinion on the matter (physical units only in the <svg> width/height; px or relative units elsewhere).
• FAQ entry

I suspect that users of rsvg-convert either:

• don't care because their files render fine at 90 DPI (pixel units everywhere?)
• actually care and explicitly set the DPI anyway.
