LibRSVG 2.42.3 Does Not Render SVG Files Correctly on PowerPC 32-bit Big-Endian

This is a weird one... I was testing some new packages on my PowerBoook G4 (I know, I know, ...) and it seems that LibRSVG 2.42.3 has cause some trouble to render some SVG files correctly - the issues does not exist with 2.40.20, the last version that does not require Rust.

Notice how the system tray icons, the "Computer" icon on the desktop, the "show desktop" icon found in the lower-left corner, and the "accessory-screenshot.svg" file are rendered differently across the two versions...
