RsvgFilterPrimitive can be in error; ignore them if they are
The current C code to parse attributes for filter effects (e.g. rsvg_filter_*_set_atts()
) ignores errors in attributes. When that code is ported to Rust, we should store information about problematic arguments and not render that filter node. This is similar to how RsvgNode
is not rendered if it is in error.
