Parser for NumberList is not reporting errors correctly

librsvg 2.59.1-1 on Fedora 41

Issue Summary

The PNG thumbnail preview at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wpw2_(CardioNetworks_ECGpedia).svg renders unexpected black boxes.

The problem disappears when removing filter:url(#filter6570) from the style attribute of path3475 and path5451 in the SVG file.

This seems different from #83

This issue does not happen when opening in Inkscape 1.4.
