Description
This SVG file has portions that extend up to 10 pixels above the viewable part of the image...

When I apply filters for lighting and a drop shadow, I expected something similar to the way Adobe's SVG view rendered the file, with the shadows extend up past the top of the viewable area.

However, in RSVG, the filter effects seem limited to the viewable area, which create odd effects when blurs and offsets come into play. The blocks in the image don't seem to extend past the top of the viewable area.
