gobject-introspection is mandatory since version 1.9.5

Since version 1.9.5 and switch to meson, introspection can't be disabled anymore. Would it be possible to add a meson "introspection" option to allow users to disable introspection (i.e. like the --disable-introspection that was available with autotools)?
