Unable to get forecasts from yr.no

I am unable to let the weather app use my location. I've tried looking in location settings to ensure it's on, and it is.

OpenWeather extension can grab weather data from openweathermap.org

Pop_OS 20.10 attached to internet via ethernet cable.
