memory leak in version 3

I'm not sure whether you are interested in the version 3 still, just in case you are, the local_sort_name variable in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgweather/-/blob/libgweather-3/libgweather/gweather-location-entry.c#L553 is allocated, but not freed. Similarly few lines below, at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgweather/-/blob/libgweather-3/libgweather/gweather-location-entry.c#L582 .
