tests are skipped
I want to run the build tests during the build on Ubuntu and I want the build to fail if the tests fail.
But for some reason, the tests are being skipped without a clear explanation of why.
Now, I see that one problem is that I need to have valgrind installed but that doesn't end up changing the results.
