Installed tests failing (without internet access?)
The installed tests have been recently enabled in Debian/Ubuntu but they are failing on the Ubuntu builders, it's likely due to restrictions in the internet access on the machine. (internet is available through proxy, http_proxy/https_proxy being set in the environment and pointing to a local squid)
Log from 0.17.11 on a GNOME 3.34 stack/current Ubuntu https://objectstorage.prodstack4-5.canonical.com/v1/AUTH_77e2ada1e7a84929a74ba3b87153c0ac/autopkgtest-eoan/eoan/amd64/libg/libgdata/20190927_120906_60c92@/log.gz
