Draft: view-switcher-button: Unset focus-on-click=false

This doesn't make a lot of sense with how we handle focus now.

Maybe we should instead explicirtly switch focus when changing pages while it 's already focused, not sure - since ideally we would have focus-on-click=false in header bar in general (!965). But, right now we don't do that.
