overlay-split-view: Unfocus content when sidebar is shown and collapsed

Hari Rana requested to merge TheEvilSkeleton/libadwaita:overlay-split-view-unfocus-content into main

This fixes a bug where the user was able to navigate through the content with their keyboard. The content will be unfocusable by the keyboard when the sidebar is shown on mobile form factor.

This also adds a "Show Sidebar" button in the demo to demonstrate that the fix is working.
