preferences-dialog: Add an arrow icon to the rows from the search view

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/libadwaita:prefs-dialog-arrow into main

In many GNOME apps (e.g. Settings), actionable rows have an arrow (go-next-symbolic) at the right, which indicates the next step of an action.

Not sure if this needs approval from the design team.
