ExpanderRow and ActionRow use a different visual spacing for suffixes

Currently ExpanderRow and ActionRow use a different (visual) spacing between widgets for suffixes.

As an example here is an illustration, measured from the visual edges of two identical icons. The above row is an ActionRow while the below one is an ExpanderRow. The red line has the same length in both cases:

This may also apply to prefixes, I have not checked.
