holding 3rd mouse button and releasing on another tab closes it

1. move the pointer to a tab on a tab bar or overview view
2. press down the mouse wheel
3. move the pointer to another tab
4. release the mouse wheel

• the 2nd tab closes

it's noticable especially in the tab overview, when you think about closing a tab, so you press the wheel, then think "ok i actually don't want to close that" so you move the mouse away, and it suddenly closes some other tab
