Update Kerberos strings via

ET_DIR=<path-to-mit-kerberos-sources> _build/etpo/update-etpo

No need to split dbus variable initialization over three tiny functions
that complicate the reading flow and make it harder to check what
was already set.

This separates the all time fixed values from those
that change.

No need to duplicate it

The current form dropped two characters instead instead

Remove per sub-dir gitignore, not needed since the switch to meson.

It's either a `KaApplet *` or a `gpointer` not `gpointer *`
