        * patches/scrollkeeper_empty_url_string.patch: This patch fixes a
        problem where scrollkeeper chokes when it encounters a "url" attribute
        in an OMF file that is empty.  Currently the update-manager-C.omf file
        has this problem (from Ubuntu)
