gvfs-udisks2-volume-monitor memory leak
System Information:
- OS: 4.19.86-gentoo-x86_64
- DE: Xfce
- Related Installed Gentoo Packages:
- gnome-base/gvfs-1.40.2::gentoo
- Hard drives: 3 internal HDDs, 1 external HDD (USB 3.0 connected), all are LVM on LUKS.
Description: Running the ps_mem utility randomly over the course of a week yields the following results
ps -u `id -u` -o pid= | paste -s -d',' - | sed 's/ //g' | xargs ps_mem -p
I have to log out and log back in to restart the process. I keep an external HDD connected 24/7 for backup-related operations. I'll try taking it out for a while to see if it stops the gvfs process from leaking and report back.
