make use of SSH agent
Hi, it seems GNOME Files doesn't use SSH agent to authorize SFTP connections.
Personally I use KeePassXC as an SSH agent (instead of the more classical GNOME Keyring).
Still I can see every available keys with the ssh-add -l
command, and I can login to my servers with any terminal with ssh hostname
, whereas sftp://hostname
won't allow connection with GNOME Files.
I think it's quite an important feature missing.
