Nautilus does not find smb shares unless gvfsd-smb-browse process is killed
Hi
I use gvfs-smb 1.50.3-1 and Nautilus 43.2 on Arch Linux.
This bug generally happens after reconnecting the network
or switching between wi-fi and wired connections or vice-versa,
but unfortunately I can't reproduce consistently.
If there is a log to help to diagnose the bug, please let me know.
Sometimes Nautilus does not find my smb shares after these steps:
- open Nautilus
- click on 'Other locations' in the sidebar
- click on the samba server
Nautilus does not find my smb shares nor show any error message, it just says "Folder is empty". However, Nautilus finds my smb shares as expected after killing gvfsd-smb-browse process.
