Add support for "X-OC-Mtime" header when using webdav backends that support it to preserve timestamp of files
I'm wondering if sending "X-OC-Mtime" could be enabled for the webdav backends that support it so that timestamps of files could be preserved. Currently Nextcloud and Owncloud support this and another program called rclone supports sending "X-OC-Mtime" but not Nautilus and GVFS
