Description
Created attachment 148406 patch to help reproduce the bug
In sound-juicer, when reloading a CD and checking its metadata with gvfs the second time around, it will fail with: "Error while getting peer-to-peer dbus connection: The name :1.1436 was not provided by any .service files"
gvfsd is trying to poke at the old cdda:// mount.
I'm unfortunately unable to reproduce the problem with a modified gvfs-ls.
- Insert CD
- Start sound-juicer (or mb-test)
- Wait for the listing
- Eject CD from the desktop
- Re-insert CD
- Wait until the CD has finished spinning and appears on the desktop
- Press enter
- See warning
You can reproduce by applying the attached patch to sound-juicer and running in tests/:
$ ./mb-test /dev/sr0 fake ** Message: argv fake id aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Submit URL: (null) Source: CD-Text 'SCARS', by BASEMENT JAXX Track 1; Title: SCARS; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 255 sec Track 2; Title: RAINDROPS; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 249 sec Track 3; Title: SHE'S NO GOOD; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 205 sec Track 4; Title: SAGA; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 161 sec Track 5; Title: FEELINGS GONE; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 222 sec Track 6; Title: MY TURN; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 291 sec Track 7; Title: A POSSIBILITY; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 165 sec Track 8; Title: TWERK; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 210 sec Track 9; Title: DAY OF THE SUNFLOWERS; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 358 sec Track 10; Title: WHAT'S A GIRL GOTTA DO ?; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 244 sec Track 11; Title: STAY CLOSE; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 180 sec Track 12; Title: DISTRACTIONZ; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 303 sec Track 13; Title: GIMME SOMETHING; Artist: BASEMENT JAXX Duration: 328 sec Press Enter when Cd is reloaded
