WIP: Gtr-search-and-replace-bar

This MR aims to do the following:

  • Redesign the existing search-and-replace-bar to a new popover/popup GtkOverlay widget (similar to gnome-builder search-and-replace-bar widget).
  • Move the functionality of the existing search-and-replace widget to the newly designed widget.
