fix position of 'Cancel' button in 'Notes' Dialog

A quick fix to correct the position of the Cancel button in the Notes Dialog.

Prior to this change, both the Save and Cancel button were on the right side of the title "Notes". Now, the Cancel button is shifted to the left side.
