greeter: Make adaptive

Maximiliano requested to merge msandova/gtranslator:adaptive-greeter into master

Makes the views adaptive.

  • The status page was unnecessarily wrapped by a box and a clamp, it has both internally.
  • The other views were wrapped in a AdwPreferencesPage which takes care automatically of style, margins, adding a scrolled window, and clamping.
