Allow adding a comment when uploading to DL

Being able to edit a file directly from Damned Lies (DL) is amazing. The only thing I miss is the ability to add a comment while uploading the file.

Current workflow:

  1. Load file from DL.
  2. Edit file.
  3. Save file.
  4. Clic on upload button.
  5. File is uploaded without a comment.
  6. Go to the project's page in DL and add a separate comment to clarify the changes.

Desired workflow:

  1. Load file from DL.
  2. Edit file.
  3. Save file.
  4. Click on upload button.
  5. Gtranslator asks for a comment.
  6. File is uploaded to DL with the comment, unless one chose to leave it blank in previous step.

This would make it easier and even encourage adding comments to the updated files. If uploading without comments is still a desired default behavior, the comment option could at least be made accessible from a drop-down beside the upload button, although this would clutter the UI a bit.
