build: Include all generated sources for the gdk gir build

Christoph Reiter requested to merge creiter/gtk:gdk-gir-include-built-sources into gtk-3-24

The main one is gdkversionmacros.h which resulted in GDK_MAJOR_VERSION, GDK_MINOR_VERSION and GDK_MICRO_VERSION not being included in the Gdk-3.0.gir.

Noticed while diffing girs with the meson port.
