gtkclipboard-quartz: Update annotations for gtk_clipboard_wait_for_targets
Copy documentation for gtk_clipboard_wait_for_targets from gtk/gtkclipboard.c to quartz implementation. Primarily to add transfer container annotation as otherwise pygobject tries to deallocate individual GdkAtoms.
