Description

... which it shouldn't, according to what firefox/chrome do: https://jsfiddle.net/3u8pb4yv/3/ (I assume chrome does it like that as well but I can't check since it doesn't render colored emoji here).
If you do something similar in gtk+ with a blur-radius for the text shadow that is 0 or 1, you end up with a double emoji: https://i.imgur.com/tsZe9ap.png
Changing the blur radius to a value >=2 makes it properly consider the color: https://i.imgur.com/GSYwDBu.png
