Separators for adwaita-dark theme too faint.
Hello, While this is nothing major I thought I'd report it anyway in the hope of it getting it addressed ... in the view of theme perfection/correctness.
While Separators for the light version of the theme are noticeable enough, no complaints, the dark version separators are too subtle ... IMO.
A bit more contrast and/or thickness is required to make them stand out. I have a high contrast VA panel with good quality RGB accuracy so that may contribute, nevertheless I believe it could do with tweaking.
The type of separators I am taking about are those defined by ( in gtkmm )
- Gtk::Separator
- Those set according to a row_separator_func for a combobox.
- menus
etc.
See pictures attached for the application I am developing where I spotted it, and over time it began to annoy me. I hope you will agree :)
I am not into themes and always ruin stock dark gnome looks, but I have Marwaita a third party theme is which is excellent IMO. See third screenshot attached, a good example of what I would like to see for separators, it doesn't have to be that much .... Somewhere in between ?
screen 1: adwaita dark
screen 2: adwaita default light
screen 3: Marwaita dark
Best regards.
