[Adwaita] Reconsider padding choices
In header bars, vertical padding takes about 25% of the total height (combining padding below and above), making headerbars much taller than needed (especially visible when using 1.25 or 1.5 scaling on relatively small monitors) and taking usable space. Adding buttons and bar margins, this goes up to 34% of the space being empty and serving no purpose. In addition, button icons (and text) seem to take only 50% of their container box, making them much smaller than the box they're placed in and more difficult to read for no functional reason. I think that Adwaita padding choices should be (partially) re-considered to fit more content especially on low-resolution (or scaled high-resolution) displays.
