Let gtk_search_bar_set_key_capture_widget() handle keys iff currently focused widget don't
The gtk3 way of connecting a search-bar was to connect the key-press-event from top parent window and handle it with GtkSearchBar. In that case, if the currently focused widget handles the key, the event isn't forwarded to the search-bar.
In gtk4, it seems like gtk_search_bar_set_key_capture_widget() when connected to window, handles keys even if the currently focused widget can handle it. Say if I connect search to window with currently focused widget as GtkTextView, the simple keys should be handled with GtkTextView, not the GtkSearchBar. But thats not the case now.
