Cache the colormap and children of a window locally
instead of fetching them from the server when needed.
Huge performance difference for creating/destroying
windows.
* gtk/gtkstyle.c: Find the depth from the cached
visual, instead of asking the server.
* gtk.m4: Distribute the new version which tries to
figure out what went wrong and give helpful error
messages.
* ltmain.sh ltconfig config.sub config.sh:
Updated to libtool 1.2a
* gtk/gtktext.c: Fixed a bug where the drawn level
was being messed up when the text was scrolled
during a deletion.
