These are being replaced by GtkColorDialog
and GtkColorDialogButton.

This commit only moves the headers for GtkColorChooserWidget
and GtkColorChooserDialog to deprecated/, and keeps the
implementations in gtk/, since they will eventually be
salvaged into a private GtkColorChooserWindow.
