	* gtk.m4 gtk-config.in Makefile.am configure.in:
	  Added a new mechanism for GTK-dependent programs to
	  find out about the installed GTK. (Does not remove
	  any current functionality)

	* gtk+-xconfig.in: Was no longer used for anything.
