gtk: Remove all nicks and blurbs from param specs

Sophie Herold requested to merge sophie-h/gtk:wip/sophie-h/remove-param-nicks-blurbs into main

Those property features don't seem to be in use anywhere. They are redundant since the docs cover the same information and more. They also created unnecessary translation work.

Also

  • Adds a test for nicks/blurbs to be empty
  • Stop using them in GKT Inspector
