This adds support for CUPS printer instances in the Gtk print dialog, s. issue #236. I verified that the patches I had previously attached there (or rather to the Bugzilla issue https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=148184 ) still work and created this merge request from them and would be happy about any feedback.
