Matthias Clasen requested to merge color-picker into master

Add a color picker to the color chooser. It can either talk to the screenshot portal, or directly to gnome-shell. In both cases, new D-Bus apis are needed. But the failure cases if the new api is missing are fairly benign: You get a "no such method" error.
