Resolve "gtkdnd-quartz crash when realizing a GtkOffscreenWindow"

Merged Philip Chimento requested to merge ptomato/gtk:379-fix-quartz-offscreen-window-crash into gtk-3-24

GtkOffscreenWindow doesn't have a NSView or NSWindow, so return NULL if passed one of those.
